Our fulfillment policy outlines our procedures for order processing, project delivery, revisions, and cancellations to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for our valued clients.

Order Processing:

Upon receiving an order or project request, our team will promptly review the requirements and provide a timeline for completion.
We aim to begin working on your project within 0-1 business days of receiving all necessary materials and instructions.

Project Delivery:

Once your project is completed, we will deliver the final files or content to you via Frame.io/Google Drive/Dropbox, along with any relevant project assets.
We strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines and will keep you informed of the progress throughout the production process.

Revisions:

We understand the importance of client satisfaction and offer a limited number of revisions based on the scope of the project.
Please provide specific feedback and revision requests within 0-3 days of receiving the initial deliverables.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel a project or order, please notify us as soon as possible.
Projects that have already been started may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the work completed up to that point.
Cancellation requests received after work has been completed may not be eligible for a refund.
